How Many Were On The PTS?

It all started very nicely this evening – graphics were a lot smoother, everyone was in good humour and the zerg was sweeping through the realm.
Then the order zerg turned up in Chaos Wastes and everything ground to a stutter.
I left for LotD while the zergs were playing here-we-go-round-the-Battlefield-Objectives.
It took me 3 attempts to fly back and when I finally landed in CW I was disconnected from the server – the memories of the bad old GOA days flooded back.
By the time I logged back on, the Destro zerg had all but given up and the recriminations had started.
Apparently, the PTS had 500 people logged on the other night and they all had a jolly time – I would guess we had around 300 people in CW last night and the performance was verging on the unplayable.
Hopefully 1.4 has got round the sorting out the performance problems ….. we shall see.

There’s now a new conspiracy theory – All Order have 2 accounts; one with a Destro character which they park outside the WC to get the AAO up and gank now and again for RR.
Hmmm – perhaps alien abduction is responsible for the vanishing Destro zerg.
There’s also a theory that the US have better servers and CSR than the EU but that’s just bitchy.

Still – I got the Blorc up to RR43 +33%
